The High Steppin' Walker!

Well, its official. We have a walker. Our sweet Court is walking.... finally at 15 1/2 months. Mommy was wondering if this day would ever come and it finally did and we are proud & he is certainly proud of himself. He is definitely faster at crawling so he is still on all fours quite a bit but Mommy was smiling ear to ear on this special Mother's Day seeing my last baby walking to his Daddy.

Tyler was our first one to walk at 14 months old.

Then Harper followed 2 weeks later doing her infamous "Frankie" walk.

And now introducing 15 1/2 month old Court doing the "high step".

What a Week!

I cannot believe how quickly this week went by.... almost a whole week without a free minute to post pictures. Better late than never! We had such a wonderful week with perfect weather, a visit from Great Grandmother Bobo & Great Aunt Barbara, a fun birthday party, bike rides & a golf tournament. Here is a hodge podge of pictures from our busy week!

Strawberry Pickin'

Over the beautiful weekend we did one of our very favorite Spring time activities... strawberry pickin' at a local farm. The girls knew exactly what to do and we came home with lots of red juicy strawberries this year as opposed to the half eaten and green ones they picked last year. We baked 4 pies and still have some berries left over. Tyler & Harper even got a note sent home from school today noting how "Self-Expressive" they were about the strawberry patch and how they talked all day about picking berries and making pies. I would say it is one of their favorite things to do as well!

The Dentist

The girls had their first trip to the dentist, so of course Mommy had to take her camera along. On the way there we discussed who wanted to go first and Harper quickly volunteered. Once we walked in she was a little hesitant but after some negotiating with Tyler she hopped in the chair and wanted some hand holding for comfort. A great check up, 20 teeth each and two little girls that are obsessed with brushing their teeth now.

Gym Class

For a few months now the girls & Court have a sibling gym class together once a week. Finally found an activity that I can take 3 kids to! Ages 1-5 all in one room & they all LOVE it. Its lots of jumping, tumbling, swinging & bouncing. A fun hour together!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! We had such a wonderful Easter day. It was so special to see the excitement in our kids eyes this morning when they realized Peter Cottontail had arrived. We made it through 80% of the church service together before kids got too restless & we had to leave then had a yummy Easter brunch with Ebby & Poppy at CCC. Finally had a sighting of the Easter Bunny this season for the kids and then spent the rest of the day nibbling on sweet treats.
