From one beach straight to the next... good thing our kids LOVE the sand & surf! We are spring breakin' it at BHI with Honey & Pop. The last time the girls were at Bald Head they were in Mommy's tummy about half way through the pregnancy, they loved hearing about it. Everyone is loving the golf cart rides (especially Court), feeding the turtles & of course playing at the beach.

Supper Club Sleepover

We have a perfect little supper club group. We all get together once a month without kids and always end up having the best time. This month we hit the road and did a supper club sleepover at the beach with most of the group. There were 15 in the house, 7 being 3 & under. Complete chaos, the booze flowed early & was such a special time with wonderful friends and crazy children.

Sweet Tooths!

Its that time of year.... yummy candy is everywhere we turn. The girls are already starting to be extra sweet since they know Peter Cottontail will be delivering lots of treats in a few weeks to good girls & boys. A little Easter surprise arrived early from Great Grandmother Bobo & they were very excited to look inside and see chocolate egg lollipops. The girls took theirs down in record time & sweet Court savored every bite and kept clapping (his new thing to let us know he likes something!) Looks like they have their Mommy's sweet tooth!

Oh Happy Day!

Tyler & Harper both have their beloved "buddies" as they call them. Harper has Coco & Nubby (a sleep sack that she slept in as a baby) and Tyler had Doggie. The tale of Doggies is here... Well, 38 days ago Tyler's world (and Mom & Dad's world) was turned up upside down when suddenly Doggie went missing. Every inch & corner was searched but nothing turned up. Tyler was brave and powered through but she was still sad and would cry out at night for Doggie a few times a week. Very sad when there is nothing you can do to bring Doggie back.

This is how Tyler coped....

She would go to bed with her pillow & blanket

and we would often find her like this later that night.

Well, yesterday while doing yardwork, Uncle Brandon made a discovery under a pile of pine needles in his backyard...
